1 Arrested for Refusing to ID Himself

Here are the highlights of the Westborough Police log.

Westborough Police on Monday arrested a Framingham man for refusing to identify himself.

Police also charged Julio Cesar Landaverde, 23, of 34B Second St., Framingham with operating without a license, and using a false motor vehicle document, according to the Westborough Police log.

The arrest happened at 7:06 a.m. on Lyman Street.
