1 Arrested For Apartment Break-In

A Westborough man allegedly broke into an East Main Street apartment on Saturday night, stole money and "was caught by one of the other tenants," Police Chief Alan Gordon said Monday.

Police arrested Robert Gould, 55, of 8 East Main St., Apt. 12, and charged him with breaking and entering at nighttime to commit a felony; larceny from a person, and larceny under $250, according to the Westborough Police log.

The incident was reported at 6:15 p.m.

On Saturday, at 2:06 a.m., on Turnpike Road, police arrested Joseph Nsubuga, 24, of 24 Second St., Apt. A, Framingham, and charged him with failing to wear a seat belt, failing to identify himself to police, and on a warrant. Police also arrested Jason M. Compere-Arty, 25, of 80 Hartford St., Framingham, on a warrant.

At 7:20 a.m., police received a report from Phillips at Milk streets of a general disturbance.

At 1:41 p.m., police received a report from Turnpike Road of a motor vehicle accident with property damage.

At 4:22 p.m., police received an animal complaint from Turnpike Road.

At 5:15 p.m., police received a report from Corning Fairbanks Way of a fire alarm.

At 7:25 p.m., police received a report from the South Street area of a general disturbance, which proved unfounded.

At 7:46 p.m., police received a report from the Phillips Street area of a general disturbance.

At 8:21 p.m., police received a report from West Main Street of found property.

At 8:51 p.m., police received a report from Kendall Drive of gunshots, which proved unfounded.

On Sunday, at 3:08 a.m., police received a report from West Park Drive of a burglar alarm, which proved accidental.

At 3:34 a.m., police received a report from Valente Drive of suspicious activity.

At 6:01 a.m., police received a report from Otis Street of a burglar alarm, which proved accidental.

At 7:06 p.m., police received a report from Flanders Road of a fire alarm.

At 9:49 p.m., police received a report from Turnpike Road of a disabled motor vehicle.
