Letter to the Editor: CROP Walk Thanks Supporters
More than $4,000 was raised Sunday.
To the Editor:
Around 100 people participated in the 35th Annual Westborough CROP Walk.
CROP stands for Communities Responding to Overcome Poverty. To that end, more than $4,000 was raised for hunger relief agencies at home and around the globe.

Thank you to the Westborough Police for their excellent coverage and assistance along the four-mile route; the O'Neill family for providing hand-pressed cider to thirsty walkers; and Panera Bread for their donation of delicious food for participants to enjoy at the end of the walk.
Special thanks to the Congregational Church of Westborough, which hosted the interfaith event; and the town of Westborough for their consistent support of those in need.
