Westborough Remembers Rosemarie A. Loranger

Rosemarie A. Loranger, 84, of Fitchburg, formerly of Florida, Worcester and Westborough, passed away on Wednesday, Oct. 23, 2013 at Leominster Hospital. She was the wife of the late Paul L. Loranger.

Born in Westborough, she was the daughter of the late Mary Rockwood. She was educated in the Westborough public schools, and graduated from Westborough High School.

Mrs. Loranger was employed as a nursing assistant for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts prior to her retirement.

She was a communicant of St. Luke the Evangelist Church, and was an avid reader.

Rosemarie is survived by one son, Richard V. Loranger and his wife, Christine, of Fithcburg; one sister, Mary Rockwood of Lancaster, N.H; and two grandchildren, Matthew and Sarah Loranger.

She was the mother of the late Thomas Lorraine and Lynda Loranger.

A graveside funeral service will be held on Monday, Oct. 28, at 9:45 a.m. in St. Luke’s Cemetery, Westborough. There are no calling hours.
