Westborough Remembers Armand Beaudreau

His funeral Mass will be celebrated on Monday.

Armand Beaudreau, 84, of Westborough, passed away on Thursday, Dec. 19, 2013 at the Webster Manor in Webster. He was the former husband of Bernice (Marando) Beaudreau.

Born in St-Roch, Sur Le Richelieu, Quebec, Canada, he was the son of the late Elzear and Analda (Gervais) Beaudreau. He attended Marcoux Business School and Holy Cross College, where he earned certificates in business management and business administration.

Armand was employed as a manager and warehouse supervisor for New England Grocery Supply Company for 38 years prior to his retirement.

He was a communicant of St. Luke the Evangelist Church, and enjoyed history. He had been a resident of Westborough since 1982, previously living in Grafton.

Armand is survived by seven children, Kathleen Brouillard of Northbridge, Denise Beaudreau of Malden, Marie Bengtson of Webster, Jeanine Alton of Thompson, Conn., Susan Couillard of Douglas, Robert Beaudreau of Cypress, Calif. and Debra Jacques of Sutton; four brothers, Aime Beaudreau, Philippe Beaudreau, Yvonne Beaudreau and Ernest Beaudreau, all of Canada; 20 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandson.

He was the grandfather of the late George Couillard, and brother of the late Herve Beaudreau.

The family would like to extend a special thank you to the Tapestry Unit at Webster Manor, for its professionalism, exceptional care, and compassion.

His funeral Mass will be celebrated on Monday, Dec. 23, at 10:30 a.m. in St. Luke the Evangelist Church, 70 West Main St., Westborough. Burial will follow in St. Luke’s Cemetery.

A calling hour will precede the funeral from 9 to 10 a.m. at the Rand-Harper-Pickering Westborough Funeral Home, 62 West Main St., Westborough.

In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory may be made to St. Luke the Evangelist Church Memorial Fund, 70 West Main St., Westborough, MA 01581.
