Former Westborough DPW Manager Passes Away
Thomas Fryer was also a Westborough High School graduate.
Thomas B. Fryer Jr., 88, passed away July 2, 2014 at the Kindred Transitional Care and Rehabilitation. He was the husband of Nellie L. (Ruksnaitis) Fryer. His first wife, Madeline (Kavanaugh) Fryer passed away in 1986.
He was born in Worcester and educated in the Westborough school system, graduating in 1943 from Westborough High School. He attended Northeastern University and was a civil engineer for the Massachusetts Department of Public Works. He was also a manager of the Westborough DPW.
