In the Thanksgiving spirit and looking for ways to share it in Westborough?
Westborough Patch has some suggestions for Thanksgiving events to attend:
- Wednesday: The Westborough Interfaith Thanksgiving Eve Service will be held at 7:30 p.m. at St. Luke the Evangelist Roman Catholic Church, 70 West Main St. Members of the Westborough clergy are expected to speak.
- Thursday: Westborough and Algonquin play their traditional Thanksgiving Day football game, at 10:15 a.m. at Algonquin. Looking for tickets? They're available at the WHS main office next Monday through Wednesday, during school hours, for $5. Tickets are available at the game for $10.
- Thursday: The Siloam Lodge of Masons holds its annual All You Can Eat Breakfast at 8 a.m. Organizers note that the event supports the Masonic Angel Fund.
- Thursday: The 43rd Annual Westborough Community Thanksgiving Dinner will be held at 1 p.m. at the Knights of Columbus Hall, 17 Willow St., Westborough. Admission is free, and transportation to the event is available. At least 75 volunteers are expected to participate.
