Exploring The New Social Media Tool Pinterest on April 17

Shelley Quezada of the Massachusetts Board of Library Commissioners will share her enthusiasm about this addictive website.

The Westborough Public Library Discover Your Next Chapter: Lifelong Learning project presents Pinteresting: Exploring The New Social Media Tool Pinterest, Thursday, April 17, from 1-3 p.m.

Come learn about Pinterest, a virtual online bulletin board, where you create and share collections of visual images.  Organize recipes, home decor designs, craft and gardening projects, trip ideas and more. Shelley Quezada of the Massachusetts Board of Library Commissioners will share her enthusiasm about this addictive website. She will explain what Pinterest is and how to create an account, pin boards, and follow other pinners. 

This hands-on workshop for beginners is limited to 12 people with preference given to Westborough adults. Registration is required. The library has six laptops available or you can bring your own laptop/tablet.
