Help Fund Buster's Food and Medications

Westborough resident Steve Chase has launched a GoFundMe campaign.

Steve Chase had a Hemorrhagic Stroke in 2003.

"True, the cause of that stroke remains a series of debatable conversations and they even continue today with my doctors every time I go to an appointment or take yet another medication to make sure it doesn't happen again," the Westborough resident posted on GoFundMe.com.

"It makes me feel like a walking pharmacy most of the time but it seems to keep my sadness and anger at a comfortable level."

Chase has launched a GoFundMe campaign to raise $2,500 for food and medication for Buster, his service dog. He had raised $475 as of 12:15 p.m. Wednesday.
