Buy a Blanket on Monday to Support Matt Bruce
St. Luke Evangelist Parish will host the fundraiser at 10 a.m. at 70 West Main St., Westborough.
No-sew fleece blankets will be made in Westborough on Monday to support a community member who has touched many hearts.
St. Luke Evangelist Parish will host the fundraiser at 10 a.m. at 70 West Main St., Westborough, church Youth Minister Gloria Josephs said.
The proceeds from the sale of the blankets will support Matt Bruce's home health care, Josephs said.
Bruce, a member of St. Luke's, was diagnosed with ALS in July. The 26 year old is a 2005 graduate of Algonquin Regional High School.
Community members are asked to bring fleece and scissors, Josephs said.
