Yoga for Your Back

This is a 4 week introductory course focusing on relieving your back pain.  You will learn various yoga poses that can help relieve sciatica, bulging and herniated disc pain, neck and shoulder tensions, and chronic back pain.  
This course will give you tools you can use at home to help you manage and relieve your pain.  

This is a 4 week course that will run every Wednesday evening in March from 6 - 7:30 PM.  The cost for the course is $75.

The instructor Carol Waite is a certified Svaroopa Yoga teacher with over 500 hours of training and 10 years of experience teaching students of all levels from the novice to the experienced yogi.  She can't wait to share yoga with you.
