Join Laura for Hatha Yoga (includes postures, breathwork and relaxation techniques) at SOHUM on Wednesday mornings - 10:00 a.m.  -
11:00 a.m.

  • Stretch and strengthen muscles
  • Increase flexibility
  • Improve balance
  • Practice mindfulness

Students of all levels welcome to this class! Yoga mats & props available, or you may bring your own.

Rates: $16 Drop in. Discounted rates available with 5- or 10-class pass.
