CHAIR YOGA

Center Yourself and Prepare for the day

This Gentle Yoga Class is designed for people who may find going to a typical yoga class intimidating or may not be able to get on the yoga mat. Ritu is an Occupational Therapist and has been teaching Chair Yoga to Seniors and adults with injuries and/ or disabilities for over 4 years. All the poses are modified to include versions of twists, hip stretches, forward bends and mild backbends. No prior yoga experience is necessary. All ages welcome.
