Buying Your First Guitar: How to Get the Most for Your Money at Westborough Public Library

The Westborough Public Library will host a free seminar on purchasing a guitar on November 20th at 7:00pm.  The one-hour seminar, given by Steve Beckwith, owner of Beckwith Strings (Bolton, MA), will provide guidance on the “dos and don'ts” and the ability to make informed decisions when shopping for your first (or second) guitar.  

Topics will include: guitar types, which type of guitar is right for you, where to buy (local or internet), what to look for when shopping, accessories and pitfalls to be avoided. Questions on all stringed instruments will be addressed.
