Baby Weight - Use it to Lose it!
Get a
full body toning workout while your baby has fun. Your baby safely serves as
your weight. As you progress, your baby gets heavier and you get stronger! A
great bonding experience as your baby is lifted and kissed and cuddled while
you sweat away and improve your body!
This class is taught by Rachel D’Amour. Rachel is a
certified personal trainer who specializes in pre and post natal fitness.
