Today, we answer this inquiry: why are cones blocking the parking spaces at the Forbes Municipal Building, across from the Westborough Public Library?
Westborough Patch asked Town Manager Jim Malloy.
He said that he wasn't sure, "but I assume they're for the roofing project at the Forbes Building and will be removed when the project is completed."
