Potentially Historic Blizzard Coming

Westborough could find 'Nemo' brings 18 to 24 inches of snow.

Those too young to remember the Blizzard of '78 are expected to get their own historic snowstorm starting early Friday.

The National Weather Service in Taunton has issued a blizzard watch for Friday morning through Saturday afternoon for the Worcester area, among others.

"Nemo," as forecasters have named the storm, could bring 18 to 24 inches of snow to the region -- the largest snowstorm since 2011, the weather service reports on its website.
