At 4:17 p.m., police responded to Turnpike Road for a motor vehicle accident with property damage.

At 9:44 p.m., police responded to Lyman at Chauncy streets for a motor vehicle accident with property damage.

At 10:22 p.m., at Turnpike Road at Lyman Street, police responded to a motor vehicle accident with property damage and arrested Michael Fallon, 48, of 4 North St., Southborough and charged him with operating under the influence of alcohol, and following too close
