5 Things: A Library Reminder, and Support WHS Athletics
Looking for activities in Westborough? Consider these ideas.
Each morning, Westborough Patch presents “5 Things You Need to Know,” a collection of announcements, events, reminders and odd little ditties to help you organize your day. What will you be doing today?
1. A reminder: the Westborough Public Library's Children's Room is closed today for heating and air conditioning work.
2. Support Westborough High School athletics: the varsity golf team plays Nashoba at 3:30 p.m. at the Twin Springs Golf Course. The freshman boys (Gibbons) and girls (Mill Pond) soccer teams host Groton-Dunstable at 4 p.m. The varsity field hockey team hosts Groton-Dunstable on the WHS turf, while the freshmen host Notre Dame Academy on the school baseball field, both at 4 p.m. The JV plays Groton-Dunstable on the turf at 5:30 p.m. And the freshman, JV and varsity girls volleyball teams travel to Westford Academy. The freshmen and varsity matches start at 4 p.m., and the JV at 5:15 p.m. Go Rangers!

3. The Westborough Historical Commission meets at 7 p.m. at the Forbes Municipal Building. The agenda is here.
