Snow Day!

What a blessing it is to be in a warm home watching the majesty of snow falling and blanketing the earth. Join me on the mat Mondays 6-7:00 pm in the lovely space at Sohum Yoga 30 Lyman St. Westboro.

In this class, students will practice classic yoga postures in order to build strength, stretch and tone the body, increase flexibility and improve balance. During an All Levels Yoga session, the practitioner will move through a number of these classic yoga poses, holding them for varying amounts of time and working in a set order to ensure that muscle groups are slowly warmed up and evenly worked. A focus on the breath and alignment will be used. Classes will close with guided relaxation and brief meditation to integrate the practice. Each class will leave the body and mind feeling healthier, stronger, relaxed, more connected and more peaceful!
