Athletic Based Training has a new class starting January 7 (Holliston facility) and January 9 (Milford facility). The class is geared towards girls in grades 5-8 that need to improve their "game speed". It will focus on first step quickness, maximizing movement, body control, coordination and injury prevention. The class is taught by Certified and Degreed Strength and Conditioning Coach Katie Covell. Space is limited.
