Brian J. Connor, founder and CEO of LifeLine Ambulance, announced today that LifeLine has renewed its lease at 165 Southbridge Street, located next to Curry Printing and across from Coney Island Hot Dogs.  This location serves as the headquarters for LifeLine’s Central Massachusetts Division.

At the same time, Connor announced the hiring of Jennifer Weaver, RN as the new Vice President of Central Massachusetts.  Weaver will manage and oversee LifeLine’s three satellite offices in Central MA and serve as the liaison to Lifeline’s clients throughout Central MA.  She has an extensive background in nursing, both in the nursing home and hospital environments. Connor said, “She is very caring, professional and a terrific person; she will be a credit to our management team and I’m sure our clients will agree after they meet her.”

LifeLine has recently expanded their fleet in Worcester after being chosen as the new provider for several new health care facilities in the area.  Further, Connor said, he will also use the Worcester expansion to roll out the new innovative AmbuPad™ medical reporting device, a paperless patient reporting system, providing enhanced communication between the EMTs/Paramedics, hospitals and their Communication Center.  LifeLine Ambulance, in partnership with WebMedicPro, helped design this new technology and software. “Worcester will be the first site in the nation to roll out this state of the art mobile healthcare device,” Connor added.

Connor said, “We are committed to continue our growth in Central MA and further west.” He continued, “We are lucky to have the location we do in Worcester. In fact, our drivers rave about the hot dogs from Coney Island, so I think I’d have a difficult time convincing them to go somewhere else in the city.”
