A Westborough high-tech firm has been sold.
Constitution Medical Investors Inc. has been acquired by Roche, CMI officials said in a press release on the firm's website.
Located at 69 Milk St., Suite 120, CMI is "a highly innovative hematology testing system, which is designed to provide faster and more accurate diagnosis of blood-related diseases, thereby improving patient care," the press release notes.
"CMI will serve as a center of excellence in the field of hematology within Roche Diagnostics," the release says.
