A Westborough-based web development and online auction firm has sued EBay Inc. in U.S. District Court for patent infringement.
PAID Inc. filed the lawsuit on Dec. 20, the company said in a press release.
PAID Inc.'s corporate headquarters are at 200 Friberg Parkway, Suite 4004, Westborough.
