Sushi and Burritos Coming to Former Bistro

A restaurant offering sushi and burritos is coming to the Bistro's longtime Westborough home, Health Inspector Terry Gilchrist said.

Maruyama will be owned by relatives of the former owners of Hisa Japanese Cuisine, on the rotary, Gilchrist said.

There's an "opening soon" sign in the window at the former Bistro, which had rented space at 72 East Main St. for more than 16 years.

Last month, the Bistro moved across the street to 57 East Main St., the Downtown Crossing space vacated by the Bangkok Thai Restaurant.
