Selectmen OK Chick-fil-A Site Plan
The planning board granted the project a special permit last month.
Chick-fil-A's plans for a new chicken restaurant in Route 9's Speedway Plaza passed another local milestone Tuesday night.
Selectmen approved the site plan for the project at 290 Turnpike Road, after a public hearing at the Forbes Municipal Building. Attorney Mark Donahue and engineer Josh Swerling represented Chick-fil-A.
