NorthStar's Cafe Has New Manager
Westborough selectmen have granted a common victualer's license for the NorthStar Cafe to Vladimir Hucko.

Westborough selectmen have granted a common victualer's license for the NorthStar Cafe to Vladimir Hucko.
The cafe is located at NorthStar Ice Sports, the former NorthStar Youth Forum, at 15 Bridle Lane.
Hucko will offer "snacks, soups, sandwiches, non-alcoholic beverages (and) candy" at the cafe, according to his permit application.
"I just want to bring it to the next level, more professional," he told selectmen, adding that he has run one for eight years "very successfully"."I'm sure I can do the same thing here."
NorthStar opened its new third rink last week, with public skating on weekends beginning this past weekend.
