The Milk Street sites that formerly housed the Fayco Kitchen Bath Center and the Piccadilly Pub are planned for renovation into a residential and commercial space project.
Stonegate Group LLC of Natick has planning board and selectmen support for its plans for 3 Milk St. and 5-7 Milk St., which are being finalized, Chief Operating Officer Dean Calivas said today.
Five apartments and about 7,500 square feet of commercial space among multiple suites are in the works, Calivas said.
"The project will vastly improve the facade of both buildings and the appearance of the downtown area, particularly along Summer Street," he said.
"I would think that by early spring, we'd be in a position to get some folks in there," he added.
The Fayco Kitchen Bath Center previously occupied 3 Milk St., while the Piccadilly Pub occupied the adjacent space.

The developers would then provide handicapped access to their building, and build a sidewalk there, Calivas said.
