Family Operated Sawmill to Open

The Midnight Wind Realty Trust Sawmill received site plan approval Tuesday night.

A family-operated sawmill will open in Westborough.

The Midnight Wind Realty Trust Sawmill at 9 Old Flanders Road will mainly serve “corporate customers with cut-to-order wood materials for building equipment skids and wood for other industrial and commercial uses,” according to the business’ Sept. 10 site plan review application.

The sawmill will be open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. six days per week, Gary Garner told the board of selectmen during a public hearing on the application, which the board approved, Tuesday night.
