"Boutique Real Estate Brokerage Firm" Opening at Rotary

A "boutique real estate brokerage firm" will open at the downtown Westborough space that Westborough Wicks left in November.

Anthony Joseph Real Estate of Westborough has a "Coming Soon" sign at 6 East Main St.

On its website, the business is described as "a full-service, boutique real estate brokerage firm specializing in residential, commercial, and luxury properties throughout Massachusetts."

"Our primary mission is to combine cutting-edge technology, top agents, and a new way of doing business to better serve the true needs and wants of our clients," the website notes.

Former Westborough Planning Board member Joanne Mallozzi is listed as the firm's president. Mallozzi resigned from the board this fall, less than a year into her five-year term.

Westborough Wicks closed at 6 East Main St. in mid-January. The handmade candle shop moved to the Natick Mall. It had opened on the Westborough rotary in December 2012.
