Thanksgiving - Sooner Than You Think

Little early for this? Not if you look at Halloween as the starting gate for a race to the "winter holidays".

It's a whirlpool. You blow out the candle in the pumpkin, feel yourself start to spin, and the next thing you know you're shot out - eyes bugged - into a new year.

Thanksgiving's coming. And though it's my favorite holiday, I sure know it can be stressful for those making it happen in the kitchen.
