Strong to Severe Thunderstorms Possible Today and Weekend

A stretch of warm and hazy weather conditions will lead to the possibility of showers and thunderstorms over the next few days, the National Weather Service is predicting.

Isolated storms could build later today, with the potential for strong wind, hail and localized flash flooding.

The chance for strong storms will return on Thursday, with just patchy fog from Thursday night into Friday, the agency said.

From Friday night into Sunday, any storms that develop could turn severe, with damaging wind, large hail and downpours.
