When Does Westborough's Winter Parking Ban Start?

Today, we answer this question: "When does Westborough's winter parking ban start?"
The ban runs Nov. 1 to April 1, according to both Westborough's website and a sign on the rotary.
During the ban, parking on all town streets from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. is restricted to one hour.
Violators face a $10 ticket.
