Westborough TV Names New GM

Karen Henderson will succeed Donna Kelly, who steps down in March, ending roughly five-and-a-half years as Westborough Community Access Television's top administrator.

Westborough TV has a new general manager.

Karen Henderson will succeed Donna Kelly, who steps down in March, ending roughly five-and-a-half years as Westborough Community Access Television's top administrator, the board of directors of Westborough TV announced Thursday in a press release.

Henderson has served on the Westborough School Committee since October, when selectmen and the school board appointed her to serve until the March 4 election, finishing the first year of Bruce Tretter's unexpired three-year term.

The vacancy was created when Bruce Tretter resigned in late June, ending 12 years on the board. He cited a "conflict of interest" with his new job, school-related consulting work. The remaining two years of Tretter's three-year term will be on the March ballot. Henderson is not running for that office.
