Join Mitch Gordon as he guides you through seated and moving meditation using Jewish practice, ritual and writings as the focus for discussion and thought. Jewish Meditation, as practiced at Congregation B'nai Shalom, is designed to be accessible to everyone. No meditation experience is necessary. You do not need to commit to attending every session, however the more consistent you practice the more you will discover the benefits of meditation. Wear comfortable clothes.
