Sky Zone Westborough Announces Ribbon Cutting Ceremony

WESTBOROUGH _ Westborough has become an exciting destination for many families in the region with the recently opened Sky Zone Westborough, an Indoor Trampoline Park. On Thursday, August 22, at 5 p.m., Sky Zone Westborough will hold a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony, which will be led by Sky Zone Owner, David O’Connor, officials from the Corridor Nine Area Chamber of Commerce, state and local legislators, as well as town and business leaders.

“Residents and members of the business community are encouraged to visit Sky Zone Westborough. This fun-filled indoor trampoline park provides the perfect setting for your family, friends and business events,” said Corridor Nine Area Chamber of Commerce President Barbara Clifford. "This truly unique business has joined our Corridor Nine Area Chamber of Commerce and we are happy to welcome them to our community."

Located at 290 Turnpike Road (Route 9 East, Speedway Plaza) Westborough, Sky Zone Westborough has already attracted hundreds of people looking for some great family fun.

Sky Zone Westborough offers 30,000 sq. feet of space and almost 20,000 sq. feet of patented all-walled trampoline playing courts on which to jump. The Westborough franchise offers three 3-D Dodgeball courts, a basketball court, and a main court with 7,000 sq. feet of free jump space. There is also a Foam Zone with over 10,000 foam cubes, and a variety of programs geared for toddlers through adults.

“There is an activity for everyone at Sky Zone Westborough. We have programs which range from a toddler time program all the way up to a SkyRobics program that offers a low impact workout combining advanced calisthenics, core exercises, and strength building aerobics,” said Sky Zone Owner David O’Connor. “We have more than 80 employees, all of whom are here to make your experience a safe and pleasurable one.”

Sky Zone was developed in 2004 by Rick Platt, in Las Vegas, Nevada. Today, the organization has parks in 30 states and Canada.
