Matt has over 20 years of sales leadership experience in the software industry with a focus on rapidly growing companies that provide innovative and disruptive enterprise software solutions to Global 2000 companies. Throughout his career, Matt has delivered measurable results growing global sales teams. Matt was instrumental in the acquisitions of two companies in the last three years – most recently as VP of Sales at Jobs2Web (acquired by Successfactors/SAP) as well as VP of Global Sales at Softscape (acquired by SumTotal). Matt has extensive international sales experience as he started and managed the European sales offices for two U.S. Software companies, Primavera Systems and Inso Corporation. Matt earned his Bachelor of Arts from Villanova University and an MBA in International Business from Thunderbird School of Global Management.
