Bay State Youth Leader Visits Worcester and Westborough

The youth leader of the Grand Assembly of Massachusetts Rainbow Girls, Amy R. spent Saturday evening attending events hosted locally by Massachusetts DeMolay. She attended their Legion of Honor in Worcester, where four adults, including a Rainbow advisor were given the ceremony. From there she went with many members of DeMolay and Rainbow to their Awake-a-thon in Westborough. It was a night of basketball, rock climbing, laser tag, and of course staying awake. It was great to have such an awesome night of bonding between the members of these two related organizations.

Both Rainbow and DeMolay are international organizations for young people sponsored by the Masons. They promote leadership, self-esteem, and community service. Rainbow is for girls and can be found in 26 communities throughout Massachusetts. DeMolay is for boys and has 18 chapters in the state.
