WYFS Adds Food Pantry Collection Box

Here are five pieces of information to help fuel your day in Westborough.

t's Tuesday, and that means we've put together this list of things going on in Westborough to help make your day a little brighter, easier and more fun. For a full list of things to do this week, look at the Patch calendar of events.

1. Bring Westborough Food Pantry donations to Westborough Youth and Family Services.

 WYFS now has a food pantry donation collection box, for non-perishables, outside its office, on the second floor of the Forbes Municipal Building, WYFS officials said Tuesday in a press release.

2. Attend the Westborough School Committee meeting.

The board meets at 6 p.m. Wednesday at the Forbes Municipal Building. The agenda includes a report on the school superintendent survey results.

3. Network.

BNI meets from noon to 2 p.m. Wednesday in the Tatnuck Bookseller Event Room.

4. Root for the Rangers.

Here is Wednesday's Westborough High School and Gibbons Middle School sports schedule:

  • Varsity boys ice hockey: vs. Marian, at Loring Arena, 5 p.m.

    5. In case you missed it: The Westborough Public Library recently received a grant.

    Westborough residents ages 50 and older struggling with their eReaders can get help at the Westborough Public Library soon.
