Westborough Cub Scouts Help Beautify Town

Here are five pieces of information to help fuel your day in Westborough.

It's Thursday, and that means we've put together this list of things going on in Westborough to help make your day a little brighter, easier and more fun. For a full list of things to do this week, look at the Patch calendar of events.

1. Westborough Cub Scouts helped beautify two town sites.

On Monday, members of Cub Scout Den 1, Pack 100 planted apple trees at the Westborough Public Library, and did some plantings on the Congregational Church of Westborough's lawn, parent Dave McMahon tells Westborough Patch. McMahon, Emily Hendricks, Tom Fallon and Jen Levine lead the den.

2. Gibbons Middle School is holding a magazine drive.
