Explore the Westborough Senior Center on Tuesday
Here are five pieces of information to help fuel your day in Westborough.
It's Tuesday, and that means we've put together this list of things going on in Westborough to help make your day a little brighter, easier and more fun. For a full list of things to do this week, look at the Patch calendar of events.
1. Explore the Westborough Senior Center.
The senior center's annual open house is from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Tuesday. A variety of activities will be offered during the event.
2. Root for the Rangers.
Here is Tuesday's Westborough High School sports schedule:
- Golf: vs. Wachusett, at Wesborough Country Club, 3:30 p.m.
- Boys cross-country: vs. Hudson, at Veteran's Freedom Park, 4 p.m.
- Girls cross-country: vs. Hudson, at Veteran's Freedom Park, 4 p.m.
- Varsity boys soccer: at Leominster, at Doyle Field, 4 p.m.
- JV boys soccer: at Leominster, at Doyle Field, 4 p.m.
- Freshman boys soccer: vs. Wachusett, at Gibbons Middle School, 4 p.m.
- Freshman girls soccer: vs. Wachusett, at Gibbons Middle School, 4 p.m.
- JV volleyball: vs. Shrewsbury, 4 p.m.
- Freshman volleyball: vs. Shrewsbury, 4 p.m.
- JV girls soccer: vs. Leominster, at Mill Pond School, 4:30 p.m.
- Varsity girls soccer: vs. Leominster, 4:30 p.m.
- Varsity volleyball: vs. Shrewsbury, 5:15 p.m.
Robbie Barton has joined the department as a firefighter/paramedic, according to the WFD's Facebook page.
4. Attend the selectmen's meeting.
The board meets at 6 p.m. at Westborough Town Hall.
5. Need a trim?
