The Rotary Club of Westborough’s annual tree lighting ceremony, the Festival of Lights, will begin at dusk (around 4 p.m.) Sunday, Nov. 25 on the grass in the center of the Westborough rotary between East and West Main streets.
After sunset, Santa Claus will ride in on a fire truck and will select a child from the audience to help light the trees. Children are then invited to sit on Santa’s lap and give him their wish list.
The Rotary Club will lead Christmas carols, while New Hope Chapel will be handing out hot chocolate.

More About Westborough Rotary
The Westborough Rotary is a small park area in the middle of the rotary at the center of town. It is at the intersection of East Main, West Main, Milk and South streets and Brigham Road. It features a small grassy area with a few trees and a flagpole at the center. Various community events are held here.
