Meditation takes place in the Chapel on Thursday evenings. This is for new as well as seasoned meditators. It begins with centering, then silent meditation (which is deepened by the ringing bell), followed by a reading and reflection with the group. This is an official “de-stress zone.” If you have any questions, please speak with Rev. Frado. This does not require registration.

The Unitarian Universalist Church of Westborough is a multi-faith house of worship on the corner of West Main and Ruggles streets. It is one of the three churches that stand as landmarks at the intersection. Services at the church take place between September and June at 10:30 a.m. Sundays.
