Today, we answer this emailed inquiry: I saw some workers on the Forbes Municipal Building roof Thursday. What's happening?
Westborough Buildings and Grounds Supervisor Frank Cornine told Westborough Patch on Thursday that about an eight-foot section of copper bent to resemble crown molding flew off during a storm not long ago, and "the wood behind it was rotted."
Crews began fixing the problem Monday, and should be finished today, Cornine said.
