A Westborough-based public accounting firm is among the Boston Globe's 2012 Top Places to Work.

Alexander, Aronson, Finning & Co. is ranked 22 of 40 among midsize employers, according to the chart on Boston.com.

The Globe reports that 304 of the 1,586 employers it invited completed its confidential survey of their employees, who "were asked to grade their organization’s performance according to 24 distinct statements, ranging from 'New ideas are encouraged at this company,' to 'My manager makes it easier to do my job well.'"

The Globe has ranked the employers as small, medium, large and largest.

Alexander, Aronson, Finning & Co. has 115 employees among its four locations, all in Massachusetts, the chart of medium-sized employers says. The firm's headquarters is at 21 East Main St., Westborough.

Some other businesses on the Globe's lists have Westborough offices.

Sports and Physical Therapy Associates is among them. The Wellesley firm is ranked 21 of 40 medium-sized employers, according to Boston.com. The company has 111 employees among its 15 locations, all in Massachusetts, including one at 24 Lyman St., Westborough.
