Dusted or clobbered?
For the first time in two years, enough snow to send New Englanders rushing to supermarkets appears headed this way, the National Weather Service says.
The Taunton agency this morning issued a winter storm watch for late Thursday night into Saturday morning for most of Massachusetts, as well as Southern New Hampshire.
The storm could hang around longer on Saturday, the weather service said on its website.
Tuesday night, Westborough Patch readers began posting their predictions on the site's Facebook page.
"Dusted. A disappointing winter overall," Amy Lockwood Macdougall wrote.
"Noreaster!!! totally clobbered!!" Karen Erickson wrote.
"I wish I could believe dusted, but we are due to get clobbered!" Colleen Manning Dinovo wrote.
"Getting clobbered," Alexis Barr McDowell wrote.
"Dusted. We don't seem to have proper snowfall any longer," Gary Kelley wrote.
