The incident on Smith Parkway was reported at 5:11 p.m., according to the Westborough Police log.

At 4:27 p.m., police received a report from Turnpike Road of a motor vehicle accident with property damage.

At 5:22 p.m., police received a report from Bowman Lane of a fire alarm.

At 7:46 p.m., police received a report from Milk Street of a motor vehicle accident with property damage.

At 7:50 p.m., police received a report from Turnpike Road of a burglar alarm, which proved accidental.
