Allegedly 'Totally Naked' Man Pulls Up to 2 Drive-Through Windows

Police charged him with open and gross lewdness.

An allegedly "totally naked" Hudson man pulled up to two drive-through windows on Route 9 in Westborough early Sunday before police pulled him over.

Police arrested Rosildo C. Santos Jr., 34, of 136 Central St., Apt. 85, at East Main Street at Flanders Road, where Officer Brian Massey stopped Santos' gray Toyota and found the suspect "in the vehicle totally naked," Police Chief Alan Gordon said in a press release today.

Employees at the Route 9 east Dunkin' Donuts had told Massey at 12:43 a.m. that a man in that Toyota "appeared to be naked except with a coat over his waist" when the vehicle was at the drive-through window minutes earlier, Gordon said.

"As Officer Massey was talking to the employees, they informed him that the suspect was at the window and this time was completely naked," Gordon said.

Massey followed the vehicle to the Route 9 east McDonald's, which happened to be closed, Gordon said. Massey saw Santos drive up to the drive-through window, then stopped him shortly after.
