Westborough officials have issued a storm emergency and banned on-street parking as of 6 p.m. due to the blizzard, Police Chief Alan Gordon said today.
"Any vehicles found to be impeding snow removal will be tagged and towed," Gordon said.
This afternoon, Gov. Deval Patrick signed an executive order banning vehicular traffic at 4 p.m.
