Man Charged in Missing UNH Student's Death
A Dover, N.H., man has been charged with murder in the death of Elizabeth Marriott.
A 29-year-old Dover, NH, man has been charged with murder in the death of University of New Hampshire student and Westborough resident Elizabeth Marriott, the Attorney General's Office announced this afternoon.
Seth Mazzaglia will be arraigned on a charge of second degree murder on Monday in Dover District Court.
During a press conference at the Dover Police Station on Saturday, Assistant Attorney General James Vara would not comment on why Portsmouth Police are searching in the area of Peirce Island, only that the search to locate Marriott's body continues.
"We have information that we are investigating at this time," he said.
Vara said Marriott's car has been located in a parking lot at UNH, and that students there are in no danger. He said Marriott and Mazzaglia knew one another, but would not comment on the extent of their relationship.

Horiffic. Sad. Prayers and thoughts are with the family. It's discusting that a evil person who appears to be an expert in Dojo, and graduated from the Citizen's Police force 2011 and likes Dexter, Steven King and is an actor according to FB...could be so evil to hurt such a promising young woman. No excuses -- charge him with 1st degree, NOT 2nd degree murder.

... He's NO weapons OR karate expert. Anyone can CLAIM to be such. He dated my sister for a while. Dumbass used to always look at my weapons collection, and spout off facts that were WRONG. He even once took my fiberglass recurve bow, strung it BACKWARDS using duct tape to hold the string on, and was offended when I took it away and strung it correctly. He kept trying to tell me I was wrong, that he was an expert archer.
